Are you buying or selling a home? Congratulations, allow us to help make this transition a little less stressful! This service is offered if your home is completely empty of all or almost all furnishing, trash, and belongings. We do not remove anything requiring disposal.

Both of these services include everything from our Deep Cleaning Service, plus a thorough cleaning inside all closets, appliances, and cabinetry.

Throughout Entire Home

  • We vacuum all carpets including the corners
  • Sweep or vacuum and damp mop all hard wood floors with Murphy’s oil soap

  • Vacuum blinds and shutters and remove all cobwebs from surfaces and corners

  • Damp wipe all baseboards, molding, window sills, shelves, and other woodworks

  • Wipe all doors including finger prints around door knobs and light switch plates as well as front glass door if any

Kitchen 

  • Clean inside and outside of all appliances including stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher

  • Wipe down counter tops and backsplash

  • Clean out the kitchen cabinets and wipe down the outsides

  • Wash floors including scrubbing where necessary

  • Clean out the food pantry where applicable

Bathrooms

  • Clean, scrub and disinfect shower, tile, tub, toilet and sinks

  • Clean mirrors and vanity

  • Sweep and mop the floors including corners

  • Clean and sanitize bathroom counters and fixtures

  • Wipe all light fixtures within range of a 2-step ladder

Laundry and Utility Rooms

  • Wipe out washer and dryer, shelves, etc.

  • Sweep and mop the floors
